"Tolles Hotel etwas ausserhalb der Stadt"

Sauberes Business Hotel welches auch Menschen mit Behinderung beschäftigt was uns sehr beindruckt hat. Tolle und freundliche Bedienung. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb der Stadt ist dafür sehr ruhig und mit dem Auto sind es 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt

dopo il check-in, andare nel garage sotterraneo e con le valigie andare direttamente in camera con ascensore.

Dopo la prima notte torniamo in camera alla sera e vediamo che non sono venuti a fare pulizie, ho dovuto andare alla reception per prendere asciugamani puliti. Nessuno mi ha detto nulla, in questo hotel se si vuole pulizia camera bisogna mettere cartellino fuori dalla porta. Deve essere specificato meglio all'arrivo oppure far capire al cliente quando arriva in camera mettendo sopra il letto il cartellino, che deve anche essere in più lingue, anche italiano.
