Le service en général. Accueil, sourire, gentillesse. Excellent petit déjeuner. Soirées musicales au restaurant en fonction des jours : saxo ou piano ou flute. Bref un séjour inoubliable que nous réitererons certainement.

Franchement, tout était parfait.

Wir haben zu dritt eine Woche im Hotel verbracht. Zunächst möchten wir darauf eingehen, was uns sehr gefallen hat. + Wir waren angetan von dem Personal beim Frühstück sowie vom Spa, sowie der Hotelkatze + Die Zimmergröße (zwei Etagen) und Neuheit der Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön Nun die Sachen, die uns missfallen haben: - Lärm durch den öffentlichen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür - Lärm durch dreitägige Drohnenaufnahmen vom Hotel - keine Privatsphäre durch dreitägige Drohnenaufnahmen vom Hotel - keine Privatsphäre, durch Schaulustige Parkende, die beim Vorbeigehen in die Zimmer schauten - Zimmerwechsel erst nach mehrfachen Nachfragen und Beschwerde beim Reiseanbieter möglich - Service, Wir wollten keine Drohne mit Kamera über uns, dies wurde mehrfach missachtet. - Zimmerreinigung meist nur auf Nachfrage - Öffentliche Toilette (Dixiklo), die sich vor den Terassen befinden, wurden abgepumpt, der Gestank und Lärm war kaum auszuhalten Insgesamt hätten wir von einem 5-Sterne Hotel eine höhere Qualität an Service sowie Umgebung erwartet.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff, both at the hotel and the restaurant, were wonderful. The food was very delicious – I definitely recommend going for the dinners, they are worth it. Our room was stylish and clean, with a beautiful view from the window. The reception and administrator were always helpful with any questions. The SPA services were excellent, and the fact that there were no children around was a big plus.

we checked in on September 11 (beautiful ground floor room) and the pool in the room was just for decoration – the water was too cold to use.

מיקום מעולה! צוות מאוד שירותי, חדרים ברמה גבוהה מאוד, כשהגענו גם שידרגו אותנו ללא עלות לחדר מעולה ממש, האוכל במסעדה מצויין ומגוון, המלון נקי ומסודר ומרחק של חצי דקה הליכה לחוף. מומלץ מאוד

Great location, lovely staff, modern facilities. They go over and beyond to accommodate requests.

The balcony pool a bit too cold and the balcony light could not be turned off at night - very small issues

The staff was very friendly at the reception, the host to met us at arrival which was very nice and the staff of the restaurant, very good room service if you want to order food. Very comfortable. Rooms where great, beautiful sea view, the food in restaurant delicious, specially Greek salade :) in the evening the restaurant of the hotel is the best in the area with a nice sea view and live music. Nice small pool.

Only minus is there are many street cats in Agis Pelagia region, they were trying to sneak in to restaurant, but the hotel staff of the restaurant and the host are very alert to protect the guests. I appreciatie it a lot, as I mentioned about my allergy and they kept an extra eye on me. So you are safe in the hotel en restaurant.

Tout. L’emplacement est parfait! Les suites sont très propre et moderne. Le personnel est très professionnel et sympathique. Plages à proximité. Petit déjeuner incroyable.

Amazing location and rooms have very nice views. The staff are very welcoming and nice, the room very clean with stunning views. Walking to beach was very easy. The breakfast also was very nice and it was served in the top terrace with beautiful view of the beach and town. Highly recommend this place.

Tout était parfait, le personnel était au petits soins et on rendus ce séjour vraiment parfait !

Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal einen Urlaub im Castello verbracht, da es uns beim ersten Mal so unheimlich gut gefallen hat. Der Stress des Alltags verfliegt bereits beim Betreten des Hotels und die freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Das Zimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Ausblick unseres Zimmers war erneut genau so atemberaubend wie in unserer Erinnerung, man wacht auf und das Erste, was man durch die riesigen Fenster des Schlafzimmers sieht, ist die Bucht mit den kleinen Booten und dem traumhaft türkis blauen Wasser. Die Küche des Hotels ist allerdings das absolute Highlight. Mein Mann und ich sind Freunde kulinarischer Expeditionen und wurden bereits bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt immer wieder überwältigt. Der Küchenchef ist ein wahrer Virtuose seiner Zunft und das private Dinner ist unser absoluter Geheimtipp. Es ist ein wundervolles Erlebnis, welches unserer Meinung nach niemand der in diesem Hotel seinen Urlaub verbringt, verpassen sollte. Das kulinarische Repertoire des Kochs ist riesig und reicht von Fleisch über Fisch zu wundervollen Desserts welche an Kreativität und Geschmack nicht zu übertreffen sind. Besonders der Ziegenfrischkäsekuchen als gebührender Abschluss des private dinners hat uns die Sprache verschlagen. So können wir nur abschließend sagen, dass das Castello infinity Suites uns bereits zum zweiten Mal einen der schönsten Urlaube unseres Lebens beschert hat und wir mit absoluter Sicherheit sagen können dass wir nicht zum letzten Mal hier gewesen sind.
