Called many times over the phone to let them know I’ll be checking in late. Every time I called, they put me on hold and I waited many times and never got anyone to pick up the phone. Finally, on the sixth phone call, somebody finally answered and helped me. The very frustrating in a while. I’ll never stay there again.

The property is central to my needs when in town.

The atmosphere had changed tremendously. The elevators and hallways smell like marijuana. The hotel is noisy and rowdy throughout the night. It appears to have been taken over by a younger crowd, which is sad because I really used to love this location.
