A very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The problem is that food is presented warm or cold, never hot. A large variety of sweets. Aylin at Customer Service is very helpful and servicial. Perfect cocktails. Hotel is very beautifully lit at night. Shops close by.

Food presented cold. Private taxi service inside hotel is a rip off.

Hotel looks nice, loved that they offer table tennis and have some evening entertainment. Gym was ok, food was great and overall a lovely experience

Badminton outside is a joke, should not be advertised. Broken rackets, cheapest and unusable even for a kid. People would love to be able to play this sport, so if it is being promoted as outdoor activity please make this enjoyable. Purchase some proper rackets and shuttles, should not be too expensive surely for this kind of hotel.

Great experience.. we travelled with our 1 year old, the staff were so helpful! The pool area was great, the waterslides were fantastic. Loads of amenities, lots to do we had a great time and will gladly come back again.

The cleaners didn't really service the rooms that well.. some days it looked like they had only arranged our bed cover and left.. Outside our room there was dirt and popcorn all over the floor, from when we arrived to when we left, it was not hoovered, I thought it was very poor that the corridors were not regularly hoovered.

Zimmer top, Essen sehr gut, Personal sehr nett, im ital./türk. Restaurant fehlt aber eine Serviceschulung für die Mitarbeiter tw. alles etwas zu hektisch, Strandabschnitt vom Hotel nicht schön wir lagen dafür immer beim anderen Kirman Hotel am Strand bzw. Steg! Bimmelbahn Fahrerin super nett und aufmerksam. Rutschen top, Abend-Show der Wahnsinn.
