Die Lage ist leider sehr unpraktisch, die Animation wirkt schwach und die Ausstattung des Kinderclubs ist recht dürftig. Auch die Liegen stehen sehr dicht nebeneinander – es wirkt wirklich beengt.

The speciality restaurants were really nice and the food was fantastic. The facilities were brilliant, in particular the lobby area and pools were lovely. The entertainment was varied and of a high standard, even if it started a little late most days.

The main restaurant provided many options even if the quality was quite average. The desserts looked great but were actually really bad. The beach area was disappointing - probably one of the worst of all the hotels along the stretch which resulted in us not really using it. The location wasn't particularly interesting or attractive and didn't really entice us beyond the resort - Side old town provided a nice alternative on a few occasions. The service was hit and miss in the restaurants - sometimes offered a drink, sometimes not. We asked for a baby chair daily which had about a 50% success rate of being delivered - in the end we resorted to finding one ourselves on numerous occasions. The food stalls weren't always manned by staff. The non-smoking outside area in the main restaurant was completely not abided by with most tables having a smoker on - this should have been enforced and it was not nice for my pregnant wife or our 2 year old boy to suffer this each meal time.

Sehr gutes Essen. Pool sauber, sicher und verlässlich. Nettes Shuttle Transport zum Strand. Gutes Nespresso Kaffee (Patisserie, Lobby). Überschaubare Anlage. Personal hellhörig und sehr nett.

Deluxe Familiensuite hat im Elternbereich kein Tageslicht. Zu lautes Musik, durchgehende Lärmbelastung!!!!. Hauptrestaurant: Personal/Service überlastet!! (aber immer nett und bemüht), kids-Bereich unnötig und wird selten in Anspruch genommen, Buffet wird zu früh abgebaut, Pommes morgens vom Angebot wegnehmen! Bitte Bar's und Snack-Bereiche (überall verteilt in der Anlage: Döner, Waffel, draussen > 3 Bar's (unnötig)) zentrieren und das Personal steht besser zur Verfügung. Strandliegen ausreichend, aber es ist eng im Wasser, zu viele Nichtschwimmer auf einem Fleck, zu viele Hotels drumherum). Wassersport nebenan: wenn viel Kundschaft, dann zu viel 'Verkehr' (vorbeifahrende Boote, JetSki), das führt zu viel Wellen und Unruhe im Wasser). Fittness: zu klein, keine Langhantel. Hamam: nicht in Anspruch genommen A la Carte Restaurant: bei sehr gutem Essen im Hauptrestaurant nicht in Anspruch genommen.

L’hôtel est très propre, moderne et au goût du jour. Le personnel est agréable et l’ambiance générale reste sympathique.

La plage réservée à l’hôtel est voisine d’autres structures (locations de jet-skis, café/bar indépendant) qui rendent la mer moins propre. De plus, l’accès à la plage n’est pas direct, il faut prendre un petit tram aux horaires fixes. Concernant la restauration, elle est correcte mais pour un 5 étoiles j’ai connu mieux. Enfin, cela reste un petit hôtel et non un grand complexe hôtelier comme on en trouve souvent dans la région.

Zimmer werden Dreckig hinterlassen, Handtücher werden nicht gewechselt. Hotelpersonal unfreundlich. Fleisch teils Roh serviert. Schimmel im Bad. NIE WIEDER KIRMAN HOTEL !!!!!

This is the 3rd Kirman we have stayed at over the years and they all have been great. The food was delicious, the hotel very clean, the pool was wonderful, and the train to the beach was very convenient. A 24 hour bar was nice! Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
