I did love the stay except for the roach.Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable and centrally located.

It was a roach in my room.I sprayed the room while my family and I stayed there.

Very nice, quiet and clean hotel. Near a lot of shops, stores. Most in walking distances and close to Fort Bennings. Continental breakfasts were delicious and friendly and helpful staff.

The pool was closed.

Breakfast when they kept it replenished because they were not timely about it

Almost everything the attitude was poor. The booking was poor. I changed my date, four weeks in advance. I changed my check-in date to the 14th instead of the 13th. They charged me for the 13th through the 17th upfront. They were supposed to reimburse me for the 13th for all three rooms they did not. I got a partial refund for one room which had complications. The air condition did not work properly. The stove did not work at all. There were many other issues. We were promised that there was a pool available. The pool was not available the pool was in need of repairs. The staff was horrible. We’ve been mocked and ridiculed the whole day. Nothing was comfortable about this place whatsoever and one of the refrigerators was leaking. I spoke with Booking.com several times during my entire stay. I spoke with hotel employees because management avoided me. I spoke with them several times I was treated very rudely. There’s also mold in the room on the ceilings and mildew and funk in the black stuff in the air condition when maintenance came to repair the AC he laughed at me in my face and ridiculed me.

The room was larger than I expected, and that's always an added plus.

Although the room appeared spotless, there was a mildew smell. And the breakfast could have been better.
