Linda is a great person 😊 and the office area is very clean

We stay here about once a week and it seems like every room is nasty and dirty. There are roaches that have been killed above the shower. It looked like animals pooped on the baseboards and the floors were sticky. Dust everywhere! Phone chargers don't work. They really need either new housekeepers or retrain then

The first room smelled horrible of dirty dog. The walls and baseboards has dog poop on them, the floor was sticky, and looking at the bed it had a big dip in the middle. So, we had him switch us to another room. This one didn't smell but the refrigerator was dirty, top of refrigerator was filthy, hair in shower, vent in bathroom was filthy, none of the drawers had been wiped out. Their housekeeper suck or no one trains them properly. I would have those rooms clean and people would love the cleanliness.

The bed was uncomfortable you can feel the springs, there was hair in the bathtub, and the refrigerator was dirty

Booked a king suite and had a full size bed instead. Duvet was dusty, shower looked gross so I didn’t use it, a handle was missing on the knobs on the tub. Light switch for the main light didn’t work, lamp by the desk didn’t work.

Nothing

This place is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Had to switch rooms from bad to worse, ended up leaving. Rooms were filthy, bugs, and I’m sure their were blood stains on the carpet.

First went in looked ok, fridge was very loud, no hot water, the floors had dirt all over and hair balls, they charged me 3 times and kept locking me out of my room and kept wanting more money! Won’t give a refund so had to file a report with my bank! I wasn’t the only one that rented rooms the neighbors was also complaining on the dirty floors, knats and being charged and locked out of their rooms multiple times! I will never stay or recommend this place to anyone! I’ll sleep in my truck next time before I’d ever stay there again!

Disgusting smell, environment. Bugs in room. Blood on door in bathroom. I’ve truly never even seen a worse hotel let alone stay at one. Don’t do this to yourself.

The room had a bunch of chips in the wall, the floor was so dirty that my slipper socks turned blk on the bottom! The ceiling fan in the shower was so dusty dust balls were falling out the vents. The tub did not look clean, the microwave had food splatter on the inside door, and one of the beds had a crater in the mattress.
