Very clean and attention to detail.

No housekeeping and the walk to ski was quite a bit uphill on a snowy road.

"Love the apartment and location, not so much of the service and facility"

The view is beautiful and location is convenient.

There is no Onsen and no Gym. You have to clean and wash your own towels no changing of towels service! Each person is given only one towel! While you wash and wait for towel to dry you have no towel to use! Wash all dishes and clear all garbage before check out. For the price we paid to do all these mmmmm.

Very clean. Very modern. Staff was very helpful as we had to cancel one of our flights and we couldn’t speak Japanese. The staff had to keep calling the airline as they (the airline company) didn’t answer the calls. They eventually managed to speak to the airlines for us and settled the problem. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Location is a bit inconvenient for skiers. Have to walk to the slopes. However the location is good for restaurants. Would like for the property to have more hooks for ski jackets and winter coats.

"it is indeed a great property but this year has been tough on service level in Niseko."

it’s got everything you need. staff was helpful.

this year due to labor shortage, we didn’t get cleaning during our 7 day stay, which wasn’t really nice. also, parking were temporarily blocked by both a company car and street snow cleaning plowing.
