Terrasse zum See, hervorragendes Frühstück, Kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Zimmer zur Strasse, dadurch etwas unruhig bei offenem Fenster, durch Vorhänge nicht komplett verdunkelbar, Für eine Nacht war das aber okay.

The location is excellent in a beautiful setting.

The reason for the overall score of 7 is as follows . There was a strong smell from the drains in the bathroom. One of our party found a live maggot in the salad that came with his dinner. The plate was taken away and brought back with the salad removed and a new portion of salad added. We refused to pay for that person’s meal , although we happily paid for the other seven members of our party. The writing of this review, in such a negative way, would not have been necessary if our waiter had dealt with the situation more appropriately .

Das Zimmer zur Straße war sehr laut.

The hotel was wonderful . Comfy bed and pillows, beautiful location along the water, the common areas for sitting around and dining had a great feel, buffet breakfast had good choices. The front desk staff were the best. My husband was sick and they were so helpful translating from German to English for us, and calling the hospital, and helping us organize taxis and trains. We are very thankful.

Das Personal. Sehr kompetent und freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels am Bodensee.

Es fehlte leider eine Klimaanlage im fast 500 Euro teuren Zimmer. Insbesondere bei Temperaturen von weit über 30 Grad ein großes Manko.
