The bed was small and uncomfortable for 2 people. And the bath would be ideal for super slim people

We had booked for 4 nights.18-22/10/25 Check in was done via What's app I gave the information they asked for. They responded immediately. We arrived in the room and after noticing some cleanliness imperfections that we ignored, we went to turn on the heating. It was 6 pm and the temperature had dropped. The heating was not working. We communicated with the host via messages who indicated how it would work. But it did not work either in the room or in the bathroom. After many messages that we did not receive a response to as well as an update from booking.com to which the host did not respond either, we spent a freezing night. We couldn't even take a bath because of the cold. The next day early in the morning they answered us with an ironic tone, saying that we probably want a tropical climate. That's a shame! At noon we found another accommodation and left after first informing the host by message and booking.com. I hope that after our departure you would have sent a technician to see the damage to your room so that another customer would not experience it. They ruined our holidays and we lost our money. Sometimes it's good to listen to the customer, he is not always undue or he wants to bother your staff, he just comes to have a good time. I am very sorry for you and your behavior towards customers.
