Comfort Hotel Solna Arenastaden

The staff was outstanding—especially Jasmine, Allison, Dave, and all of your staff. The location was perfect for our purpose, except for sightseeing. We had a medical emergency, and the staff was compassionate and made sure to extend our stay until my son was discharged from the hospital.

The rooms were very small, and I never saw a manager's presence. The design was very industrial, which fit the location, but the rooms were a bit Spartan.

Chambre nettoyé tous les 4 jours donc poubelle non vidée !!! Pareil pour les serviettes , changement tous les 4 jours ou sinon il faut descendre à l’accueil les changer nous même ! Fenêtre qui ne s’ouvre pas , chambre étouffante !

Great location to Strawberry arena, staff friendly and helpful

cleaning in room only every 4th day, which is unhelpful as you didn’t get towels (you could go to reception to get dine) , toilet rolls, bins changed in that time. I was told to empty my own bin and put it in a bin near reception!

Nära till Mall of Scandinavia, shopping, kollektivtrafik. Finns parkeringsgarage bredvid. Stor rymlig rum. Gott frukost, stort utbud både varmt och kallt och väl påfylld hela tiden. Gym.

För varm, ingen luftkonditionering Fick rum 10e våning och då går inte justera vädret, lufta etc så blir jättevarmt i rummet svårt sova. Erbjöds på kvällen byta men då redan allt var ut packad och sent stannade vi kvar. Dock tänkte jag de dagar när ännu varmare ute måste bara outhärdligt vara inne på rummet... Saknas kaffe/te vattenkokare på rummet. Skulle vara uppskattat.
