Jättetrevlig personal - städ, frukost, bar och in/utcheckning. Blev bemött med ett leende och hälsning av alla. Att det var så tyst och lugnt trots nära fullbokat. Frukosten som var superfräsch och inget saknades. Gott kaffe. Gott om hissar, ingen väntan. Närområdet med shopping, konsert och den fina parken med gångstigar. Nära till pendeln.

Egentligen inget men lite snålt med två incheckningspersonal vid evenemang.

Bra läge, smidigt med parkeringen i Arenagaraget där man kunde betala med easyparking appen.

Frukosten var inte inkluderad i priset och jag minns inte att det stod tydligt i informationen. Nu kunde vi köpa till det för 150 kr per person men det borde stått under hotellet i booking appen.
