Kahvaltı çok kötüydü.Ekmek, yumurta (omlet) ve 3 çeşit peynirin 1 tanesi dışında yeilebilir değildi.Bu otelin tanıtımında ''Kahvaltı Dahil'' seçeneği kesinlikle kaldırılmalı.Kahvaltı BERBAT.Odalar pislik içerisinde.Oda hizmeti, resepsiyon ve diğer hizmetler SIFIR KALİTEDE.Oda temizliği yapmaktan, odaya el sabunu koymaktan bile acizler.Klima arızalıydı.Sözlü uyarı ile birlikte bir not kağıdına yazıp resepsiyona ilettiğim halde sorunlar giderilemedi.Turizm konusunda SIFIR hizmetle karşılaştık.Otopark yetersiz.Alt otopark için ekstra ödeme istediler.Oysa Bookinng sayfasında ücretsiz OTOPARK ifadesi var.Bu Büyük Bir. YANILTMA.

Temizlik açısından Otel çok KÖTÜ.Odalar son derece PİS VE BAKIMSIZ.Kat Hizmetleri konusundan haberleri olduğunu düşünmüyorum.Personel çok rahat.Bir sorun bildirdiğinizde ilgilenmiyorlar.3 Gece ve 4 Gün konakladık.Bu süre boyunca tuvalete el sabunu koydurmayı ve klima arızasını gidermelerini sağlamayı başaramadım.Klima kontrol paneli çalışmadığı için klima sürekli Soğutma düzeninde çalışıyordu.Ödediğmiz FİYATI KESİNLİKLE HAKETMİYOR.Pahalı Konaklama, KÖTÜ HİZMET KALİTESİ, PİS BİR ODA, DAĞINIK PERSONEL, YETERSİZ OTOPARK, KAHVALTI YERİNE KÖTÜ YİYECEKLER ilginizi çekiyorsa, tercih edebilirsiniz.Şimdiye kadar, En Pahalıya satın aldığımız EN Kötü Konaklamaydı.Booking Listesinden Çıkartılmalı.Çünkü biz Booking güvencesi ile tercih ettik.Aile ile kalınacak bir yer değil.Gelecek Seyhahatte bir daha İBİS OLMAYACAK.
