My experience at Araiya Palampur was thoroughly disappointing. Right from the start, the room was a letdown. The kettle didn't work, and neither did the telephone, which made basic communication a hassle. The balcony was unkempt, with debris from previous guests left lying around. During breakfast, the service was shockingly slow. While others were being served promptly, I had to endure a frustrating 30-minute wait just for roti. This lack of attention to guests' needs is unacceptable for a supposedly reputable establishment. Moreover, the hotel misrepresented itself online. What was advertised and what I paid for was far from what I actually received. This discrepancy between expectation and reality is misleading and unprofessional. Leaving the hotel in frustration and regret, I can confidently say I will never return to Araiya Palampur. I rate this experience a dismal 2 stars, based solely on the scenic location that the hotel does not deserve credit for.

Good property, had an amazing holiday, rooms are clean, staff is very courteous, the kitchen staff was very helpful since we had a small child with us, special thanks to Poonam the spa expert for taking care of us

The location is just superb .The resort is very tastefully made .Staff is excellent and courteous.They go out of their way to make you comfortable.The food was very good with the chef’s accommodating all our demands
