My stay at Crockfords was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was luxurious, welcoming, and beautifully designed, every detail felt thoughtfully curated to create a truly elevated experience. What made my stay especially unforgettable was Stephanie. She went above and beyond in every possible way, making sure I felt valued and taken care of throughout my visit. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine kindness stood out immediately. I initially was trying to cancel my stay and am so glad I did not. Stephanie made a lasting impression. It’s rare to encounter someone who not only excels at their job but also brings such a personal touch to guest service. She truly embodies what hospitality should be. Because of her, my experience felt less like a hotel stay and more like a personalized getaway. I highly recommend Crockfords to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Las Vegas, and if you have the chance to interact with Stephanie, consider yourself lucky. She is an absolute gem!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Suite was insane awesome. On same level as a Four Seasons or Ritz for sure.

Although a luxury property - perfectly suited for the discerning business traveler. This is my property of choice as I travel to LV 20+ times a year. Private entrance, quiet lobby makes you feel the luxury of Vegas without the hustle and bustle of Vegas. Easy to get in and out for external meetings with the best valets in the city. Why would you not stay here if you can?

Got upgraded to a two bedroom suite and it was the nicest room I’ve ever been in. I felt rich 😂

We’ve had an exceptional experience. From the moment we checked in, Stephanie has taken such great care of us. She offered wonderful recommendations on where to eat and has been incredibly helpful, warm, and a joy to work with. The hotel is beautiful, and we’re truly enjoying every minute of our stay.

Beautiful resort. The pool and amenities are amazing. Stephanie at the front desk treated us so well at check-in. She is professional, funny, kind and informative. Can’t wait for spa day tomorrow to experience the world class services and pampering.

I initially made a reservation at the Hilton, but received a text message welcoming me to Crockfords. As per the instructions, I checked in on line and was advised I'd receive a digital key but never did. When we drove in to the Hilton, the valet looked at my text message and advised me to go to Crockfords to park because I was now staying there. I went in to check in at Crockfords and the desk clerk advised that I had been upgraded to a room at the Conrad. She sent me to the Conrad check in where the clerk said that I had actually been upgraded to Crockfords, gave me a key and directed me to the Crockfords elevator. The elevator key didn't work so I went back to the desk and a different clerk said that I had a room at the Hilton, not Crockfords. However, my hubby and I had walked over three hotels dragging our luggage because no one could point me in the correct direction. When I talked to guest services, I was told that I had been upgraded but lost that room because of my arrival time around 6:30 or 7. Despite being Lifetime Diamond, I don't always expect and upgraded, however I do expect to receive great service. This was handled very poorly. Guest Services offered me a $75 restaurant credit but I was unable to use it during the short time I was there. My room at the Hilton was nice.

I've been to this property several times and to Crockfords (as opposed to Conrad) twice. My experience has been stellar both times and the most recent was marvelous. My wife and I stayed in an upgraded Cityview Suite, which was exceedingly comfortable with terrific, luxurious sleeping arrangements and an incredibly comfortable living area and bar space. Most impressive about Crockfords is the quiet. Resorts World is a huge property with two thousand rooms. Crockfords is its oasis of peace; the halls are super quiet and you're in an environment of exclusivity, keeping in mind that Vegas is moving and doing all the time. My only complaint -- if there is one -- is the $50/day resort fee. You're paying a significant premium to stay at Crockfords -- and it's well worth it. But to charge $50/day in an off-peak period of time when you really don't have access to all of the amenities (including the full use of pools) is a little over the top. I rarely complain about upper end hotels; you know they're pricey when you book them. But the fee seemed excessive. That said, Crockfords is a gem. Resort fee or not, we'll be back. It's one of Vegas' finest.

The spa was the most relaxing day. Fun to spend time with my husband. Definitely recommend!
