Light and airy and the smell when you walked into reception was lovely. Comfy beds, nice sized bathroom. Staff really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Aircon wasnt working on our first night but the maintenance had it fixed as soon as it was reported. Breakfast was okay. Bar area was okay. 15 min walk from train station and from the centre. Away from the Noise and very little noise within the hotel. Nicely decorated.

I was pretty happy all round.

Friendly staff who provided us with a nice upgrade to our room due to it being my wife’s birthday and also two free glasses of Prosecco in the bar

Not necessarily the hotel but the clean air charges are not very clear despite staying in a recommended car park
