Unhelpful service lots of issues unattended . Was difficult to get the keys causing my parents to wait in the heat for 30 min the facility refused to send assistance making it really bad start I. not providing any help or care. Garbage and other materials from rooms changing sheets block the room every day the room balcony was super dirty which cause the room to get black floor we ask to clean and they kept avoiding us seems really unwilling to assist no cleaning equipment were left . 3 small towels were given for a period of 10 days was impossible to get clothes dry cause nowhere to hang it. I been travelling a lot to Japan using this type of stay they usually provide cleaning tools at least. but this pricy place for what it gives location is no good nothing around besides train station which is 15 min walk would not recommend actually would say it's the worst ever stay In this type of service especially you feel they cheap on you and just want money and not providing host service.
