하카타역에서 10분 미만으로 걸으면 도착할 수 있어서 위치는 최고였습니다. 그리고 객실이 일반 호텔보다 넓어서 4명이 편하게 생활할 수 있었습니다. 냉장고와 세탁기, 헤어드라이기, 전기포트 등 필요한 부분들은 다 잘 갖춰져 있어서 가족단위의 여행객에게 최고의 호텔이였습니다.

호텔이 생활할 때는 아무런 문제가 없었습니다. 하지만 고가도로가 옆에 있어서 자려고 누워 있으면 차량 소음이 좀 들리는 편입니다. 예민하신 분들은 귀마개를 준비하면 좋을듯 합니다. 하지만 첫날지나고 부터는 적응도 되고 여행의 피로때문인지 잠을 그나마 잘 잘 수 있었습니다.

普通のホテルだと家族5人泊まるには結構高額､､､でもここは博多駅まで徒歩圏内でこの価格で駐車場も先着だけど今回止めれたのですごくお得！初めてアパートメントタイプを利用しましたが、快適でした。また利用したいです。

チェックインのタブレット入力がちょっと面倒でした。 後お風呂の浴槽が詰まっているのか、お湯を抜いてもなかなか流れにくかったのが気がかりでした。

Spacious room with basic room amenities.

We arrived too early, at about 11:00 am from Kumamoto. The property did not provide any temporary storage of luggage (we had 4 luggage with us, 1 huge, 2 of medium size and a small one); we had tried to find storage at Hakata Station but it seemed that all the coin lockers were full… so we carried our luggage to the property and back to the station and then back to the property again at about 15:30 pm to check in…

All instructions were clear. Check in and check out procedures were easy to follow. The room was fully equipped, spacious and all the three of us each enjoyed a double bed comfortably. In fact we should have stayed there for a longer period. Will definitely book this hotel in our future visit to Fukuoka. Strongly recommend to other visitors.

Very small, a bit run down, it will be good if kitchen rolls, salt, pepper, laundry powder/ liquid provided. The ventilation in the shower very noisy. The washing machine is dirty & doesn’t work properly. A bit distance to go to the shop.

隔音稍差，很容易聽到樓上地板的聲音；不管什麼事都要透過線上聯絡服務人員，住在台灣人很多，但不是每個人都可以用英文把所有問題表達清楚；現場跟線上的溝通還是會有難度上的差異
