Making a reservation implies acceptance of our terms and conditions. The personal data provided will be stored on a secure server, accessible only by authorized staff. The client must respect the maximum number of guests allowed in the reservation. The room rate is the same for 1 or 2 guests. If more guests stay without authorization, a penalty of EUR 100 per night per additional guest will be imposed. Rooms will be delivered clean. Guests are expected to leave them reasonably tidy and free of food remnants. Furniture and decorations must remain in their original place. Charges may apply if this condition is not met. We reserve the right to change the assigned room to a similar or better one at no additional cost. Cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of reservation. Please consult the details in the booking confirmation. Check-in time is between 15:00 and 00:00. No disruptive noise is allowed. Breaching this rule may result in the termination of the rental agreement without compensation. Any bank fees related to international transfers will be borne by the client. Check-out must be done before 11:00. Delays may result in additional charges. Each room has a safe. We are not responsible for valuables not stored in it. The property has surveillance cameras in common areas. By staying, guests accept these measures as a condition of their stay. Smoking in any unit will incur an additional charge of EUR 100. Pets are not allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will incur an additional charge of EUR 150 per day. The accommodation is equipped with noise meters to ensure a peaceful environment. Guests are expected to maintain moderate noise levels, especially between 22:00 and 08:00. Violating this rule may result in warnings or, in case of repeated offenses, expulsion from the property. Guests must delete their network credentials from their devices before leaving. The accommodation is not responsible if guests fail to do so. Stays of 5 days or more may request a cleaning service at no extra charge. Guests are expected to behave respectfully. Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate expulsion. Common areas are available for all guests. Please keep these areas clean and respect the furniture and equipment provided. Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the premises. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the expulsion of the responsible guest, without the right to a refund. The maximum price per room is EUR 500 per night. Please note that if your arrival day coincides with the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the room will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 pm. Please note that guests are required to climb steps to access the property and the elevator.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
