Fairfield Inn & Suites Marquette

I originally booked at another hotel in the Marquette area and upon arrival the other property was unclean and not safe. I immediately went online and booked the Fairfield Suites last room. The individual I spoke to was so nice and accommodating especially under the circumstances. Within 30 minutes I booked a room and checked in. Thank you!!! The facility was just as pictured in the website photos. Very clean, nice amenities, and safe.

Really nice hotel in a great location!

Walkable to downtown. I liked the design of the rooms - having all the hook on the wall helped to stay organized. The breakfast offerings were significantly better than standard hotel breakfast, including items like oat milk, veggie frittata, greek yogurt, and granola. I wish we had more time to use the gym and hot tub - it looked like a really nice setup.

This hotel is newer, a good staff, and the rooms are clean. It’s close to the downtown area and the lake for walk.

My room was freezing due to air conditioning that I couldn’t control. When I called the front desk to find out how to change the temperature I was told that there was a new system and I couldn’t change it. I am not used to air conditioning and was miserable all night because it was too cold for me. Also the pool and hot tub were disappointing as the pool is too small to actually swim in and the hot tub only had seats for 3 people and that was tight! The location is good. Easy walk to parks and downtown!

The beds and pillows were very comfortable to me. I also liked the large shower. On the second morning of our visit, the employee in charge of the breakfast bar was OUTSTANDING! Convenient exercise room location!

The first morning we went down for breakfast everything was cold and empty. :( Broken towel hook. Wonky electrical wiring.

4 star overall because I shouldn't need to travel with my own pillows for the price of the room. The mattress was great, but the pillows were awful.

Very nice stay. Was disappointed that my request for no feather pillows was ignored.

Very clean and modern facility. Great gym, nice common area, rooms and location.
