Jesolo Green Village

Excellent location fabulous family friendly pool . Peaceful and secure property but within walking distance to the beach and the resort . The accommodation was immaculately clean .

Had a late arrival so had to collect keys at the office away from the accommodation . Had to pay extra for bed linen !!

Great little holiday park/village. Nice sized accommodation. Nice grounds and pools, all well looked after by the maintenance team. Short walk to sea front and lots of restaurants and bars

Beds were not comfy, no amenities included in price. No toilet rolls, washing up equipment, cloths to wipe with, had to pay extra for bedding etc. you essentially pay just for the space to sleep. Anything you want and might need is extra

La résidence est vraiment pratique, elle est située à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et des plages. L'appartement en Duplex dans lequel nous avions séjourné était suffisamment grand pour 5 personnes. Cependant, je déplore qu'un kit de démarrage ne soit pas fournit, pas d'éponge, pas de tablette pour le lave vaisselle etc... Ensuite la literie n'est pas de qualité, pour un couple d'adulte nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un lit 2 places composé de 2 matelas qui se séparaient , à tel point que nous ne pouvions pas dormir côte à côte avec mon époux.... L'idéal aurait été de mettre un matelat pour 2 personnes.

We were booked for 7 days as my husband was competing in the Ironman race.We arrived with a lot of luggage including a bike box at 2.45pm after been travelling since 6am that morning. No way of entering complex as code for gate was never given in previous emails. When we eventually got to speak to caretaker he wanted us to travel 2 km to town center to an agency to check-in and then walk back to complex.We refused and were eventually let in to apartment exhausted and stressed. We realised there was no sheets and were told it was an extra 20 euros for these. Towels had to be paid for aswell. The basics of toilet paper and soap were not available either. No WiFi network was available to log into and when we asked about it a day later we were given a hotspot box to connect ourselves. Constant maintenence from filling swimming pool,cleaning drains, paint and grass work all week. Constant noise.Emailed the agency to say we were not happy,still no reply.On Friday the 3rd of May the codes to the gate's were changed again without any notice and we found ourselves locked out with and elderly couple who were also guests .Caretaker wrote down new code on piece of paper and seemed to think this was acceptable procedure. We got and email 24hrs later to tell us the codes were changed but nothing about our previous complaints.Overall a very disappointing vacation. We will not use Green village again.

Staff very helpful. The property was huge with everything you need we had travelled for the Ironman event so we had bikes and lots of luggage but the apartment was really big so no issues at all. It had 2 balconies and a roof top terrace in the duplex apartment we had. Really good property with a very good central location near the beach and restaurants

Only downside was the floor was a little dirty on arrival. We think we were the first guests of the season and nobody had been in the property maybe.
