Nothing to like really

The most disgusting room I've ever seen. Definitely not 7.1 as it was saying at the website. I left the room after about 1h and never came back. Very disappointed

I paid money for no service rendered. No staff is available to attend to me. So I left without any service. No access to any room. It was just a very poor service. Will never patronise your business again. £41 just lost like that It's such a shame!!!

Everything ,the service is the poorest I've ever come across in my life. A number (manager)was given to call by one of the residents which I did but the so call manager did not pick the call.

Very Friendly And Polite Staff, Very Understanding And Great Value, 5* Service, 24hr Customer service, highly recommend this hotel. Also very comfortable bed/mattress.
