OYO Victoria Apartments

The room was full of spiders. I hope that they was no one stayed in that room and haven't cleaned the room for quite some time. Not even a shirt hanger. Literally there was only a bed and a TV(remote was not working and it is not a smart tv too).

The building was close to where I needed to be and was a reasonable price for the facilities which were advertised at the time of booking.

I'm not sure what previous reviewers experienced but we didn't see what they had written about. The building from the outside looked to have been recently renovated however the inside appeared tired and in need of decoration. The bedroom and bed linen was basic to say the least, but served a purpose, the blinds didn't fully close and the curtains were missing. The shared bathroom was in need of a good clean but on a positive note the staff were friendly.

The bathroom was a disaster, leaking sink (from the pipe below), very dirty. Room had a very bad odour, dirty towels and floor and uncomfortable bed. There was no one in the reception even though we sent the specific time of our arrival. We had to wait over half of on hour for ”check-in”. I’m sorry but I can’t recommend to anyone. I regret I didn’t take any photos but I wanted to leave as soon as possible.
