Tolle Lage für meine Zeit dort! Ich hatte extra um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und dieses auch erhalten. Zudem konnte ich sogar ein wenig früher einchecken. Das Bett war bequem und das Frühstück ganz anständig. Tip top, alles, was man braucht.

Die Lampe beim Schreibtisch hat leider nicht funktioniert (auch Glühbirne einer funktionierenden Lampe austauschen hat nicht geholfen). Weder Kühlschrank noch Wasserkocher im Zimmer (war bekannt, aber unpraktisch und das bei einem doch stolzen Preis...). Internetpasswort wurde erst auf kokrete Nachfrage abgegeben, dafür musste ich (wegen des fehlenden Telefons) extra nochmals zum Empfang runter gehen...

Schönes Zimmer und sauber

Service ist quasi nicht vorhanden. Zimmerreinigung muss separat bestellt werden und wenn man wie aufgefordert Handtücher an der Rezeption austauschen möchte wird man blöd angemacht. 2 kleine Aufzüge für ein 6 stöckiges Gebäude ohne separaten Mitarbeiterlift kosten viel Zeit und Nerven

Das ausgesprochen gut geschultes und freundliche Personal in allen Bereichen! Die gute Anbindung, Sauberkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Auch Frühstück und das Angebot im Pub waren prima! Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und das Zimmer zum Bahnhof raus war angenehm ruhig! Die Fenster haben den Betrieb der Straße sehr gut gedämmt! Haben ein Barrierefreiheites Zimmer erhalten das war richtig gut! Dankeschön und wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder 😘

Im Bad leider keine Ablage für eigene Kosmetik Artikel. Ablage des Waschbeckens dafür zu klein. Ein paar Kleiderbügel mehr als 4 Stück wären auch schön gewesen. Für 2 Personen bisschen Zuwenig.
