"Gut für einen kurzen Städtetrip"

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Und da die U-Bahn unterbrochen war, war es auch ruhig hinterm Haus. Zimmer stylisch eingerichtet, Restaurant vor Ort. Frühstück sehr gut.

Es wird nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch gereinigt. Und dann hat es bei uns trotz Wunsch am Vorabend nicht geklappt. Es wurde einfach nicht gereinigt. Zimmer sind sehr klein, mit zwei Kindern kann man im „Familienzimmer“ kaum noch treten. Haken fehlen im Bad.

"Ideales Hotel für ein paar Übernachtungen in Hamburg."

Das Hotel ist neu und die Zimmer sind modern mit guten Betten. Es gibt ganz in der Nähe des Hotels auch nette Restaurants, wo man ganz lecker essen kann, zum Beispiel die Torhauskantine. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, da es ganz nah beim Bahnhof Barmbek steht. Der Zug S1 fährt alle paar Minuten zum Flughafen oder zum Hauptbahnhof.

Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass man beim Eintreten ins Hotel nicht gegrüsst wird. Bei unserer Ankunft am ersten Abend war eine junge Dame dort, die ganz herzlich war, alle anderen Tage haben die Männer nicht mal den Gruss erwidert.
