AC Hotel by Marriott Missoula Downtown

Blake with the Valet crew did an excellent job in supporting our stay for the week on business. This downtown area of Missoula is perfect for a work trip or pleasure. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment all within walking distance. Even though this was a work we had a great time.

Air conditioning not working was very hot outside and air conditioner was important. Maintenance brought cooling fan which helped but when your paying for high end hotel you expect a cool room on a HOT day!

Great hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Roof top bar is amazing. Would definitely used again.

Room AC was very loud. Shower door configuration not the best. Impossible to not get some water on bath floor.

I don’t understand the good reviews. Way overpriced for a small dark room. New York City price in Missoula! Room was so badly designed. Lots of wasted useless space, e.g, a long useless bench thing opposite the bed, that no one would use, with empty space underneath - but no closet or dresser! A few hangers on a wire frame and two tiny, tiny drawers at floor level. Just not thought out as a comfortable place for real people to stay. Uncomfortable armchairs. Totally style (and not even much of that) over substance. Malia at the front desk was great. All other staff unprofessional and unhelpful. Breakfast not good despite a bunch of things laid out buffet style - none of it inviting. Waitress for cooked food not interested at all. Had to go up to her where she was sitting to ask for anything. Try somewhere else to stay in Missoula.

Elizabeth was great!! This is a great spot and the valet was very helpful upon check in. I highly recommend the AC when traveling to Missoula for business or pleasure. It’s in the heart of downtown With many food and drink options nearby. 10/10 recommend!

This valet service is the best I’ve had at any resort or hotel. Particularly, Elizabeth is the most courteous and such a pleasure to work with. She has a great disposition and infectious smile/personality. I look forward to having her park my car as it’s fun conversation before and after.

Immaculately clean, new, and spacious. Loved the rain shower head, comfortable bed, and free bottles of water. Conveniently located close to cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars. Walked to the river and Big Dipper ice cream. Free coffee in the lobby in the AM. Check in was quick and easy. Valet parking is $27 per day, There is parking in the garage across the street (next to the Holiday Inn past the blue/ gray arch which is free after 6PM if you leave before 8AM. At night, can park in any garage spot even if it says “lease only.” Cannot park here during the day without getting a ticket.) Highly recommend AC Marriott and would stay here again.

Best hotel in Missoula. Valet is so great. Rylan Campbell, Elizabeth, and Eddie are a great valet team and they’re always timely, kind, and funny. Front desk staff also incredible. Always welcoming me with big smiles and waves. Shoutout to Jordy for always being awesome and there’s a new gal named Aurora or Astoria I can’t remember- always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
