AC Hotel by Marriott Missoula Downtown

The staff was extremely friendly, and the rooftop bar was pretty cool. I liked that I could just have valet park my car and forget about it since it’s located downtown and parking isn’t fun in that area.

The towels in the rooms were like sandpaper, you would think the towels would be at least mediocre for the price tag on these rooms.

This was my first experience at this hotel and I will always come back. It’s absolutely beautiful and clean, wonderful food options. BUT it was Leanna who works at the front desk who went above and beyond to help me. When you are away from home and need an advocate, Leanna has your back. Thank you to her for making me a customer for life.

Elizabeth Kent was great! Loved the check in experience and the customer service from the valet team. I will definitely visit here again in the future. Restaurant next door was also fantastic and would recommend it to anyone who loves Asian food.

We travel with a service dog. Staff insisted they needed specific information on what service our dog performs, and for what disability my husband had. We have never been asked that, and found the questions invasive, and inappropriate. Both evening and daytime staff were extremely rude, and displeased with our service dog. Felt like we were being watched, and judged on our every move. This hotel is not friendly, oppressive, and we did not feel welcome. Will not be returning.
