AC Hotel by Marriott Missoula Downtown

Very upscale for a reasonable price. Clean, and privacy was perfect. Comfortable and friendly.

The staff is outstanding, especially the ladies at the front desk. So kind and considerate ! Would definitely come back.

Decor had clean lines, up to date and the bar was amazing.

Our room was beautiful, but seemed a bit cramped. The affect of the size was minimized by the great layout and good use of space. LOVED the long built in bench against the wall. Perfect for luggage a shopping bags. When we used the slider to close the bathroom door, it had debris and dirt on the floor that had not been thoroughly cleaned. Other than this is was really a great stay. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the lounge was closed for a Corporate event so we couldn’t eat there as planned. Paid $27 for valet parking and due to our request to have our vehicle ready at 6 am, they just left it parked on the street in front of the hotel all night. We could’ve done that ourselves for free. Lesson learned.

Breakfast staff was rude when simply asked if they could check on our order after it took a long time and we had a tight schedule.

Room was dirty in corners and baseboards. Ac hotel on Bozeman had complimentary water in rooms. Not in Missoula. Also housekeeping only dropped off towels and did not make bed.

It is a very quiet hotel.

Nice hotel with good facilities. I would recommend having the ability to book restaurant reservations for guests.

Awesome experience and would definitely stay again.

I loved the hotel and the location was great. No complaints.
