Very nice

They didn’t have working Tv in either rooms. We had two rooms, one the noise when the heater turned on woke me all night, the fan was very noisy. It was clean Sheets were soft

The reception was quite interesting me & Ben the mouse checked in at the same time his room was on the 1st floor but other than that my room was very cold and the heater was very loud and ran all night got very little rest

Rude staff. Do not book through 3rd party sites they will steal your money and refuse the refund. Apparently they don't like honoring the prices booking.com give. Looks dirty anyway😩 so I wasn't sad

We stayed 1 night. I booked a hot tub room through Expedia. When we checked in, Expedia had sent them a Loft room request. The manager was able to accommodate us. They let us know some tv channels werent working but provided the wifi password so we could watch on our phones. To our delight, tv worked just fine. They do continental type breakfast all day which we appreciated. This is a unique property & we will probably stay again.

The building obviously is not maintained and it should have been a red flag when a plunger was left beside toilet. The toilet didn’t flush, carpet was 30 years old, and the pillows smell like other humans who have not showered.

The breakfast is available 24/7 which was nice. The rooms are good, but some noise from other rooms and the AC unit did wake me up in the middle of the night. Very unique building.

We arrived after a concert and was told there was no rooms available even though we reserved a week in advance. We were given a room with a broken lock and no ac and the showers plumbing was broken. We had no choice but to stay or drive through the night with our 6 yr old daughter

The hotel called me little more than an hour before checkin and told me that they over booked the room and had no hot tub room for me. They did offer alternate nights but that didnt work for me. Hotels.com hasnt been helpful in getting my money back.

Love the log cabin style and stairs. Nice staff. I did have to get a room change
