大浴場が日帰りの方も来られるような充実振りで期待以上でした。また、食事処も味も良く、価格も良心的でした。

連泊の時に部屋のドアにタオルなどをかけていただいたのは良かったのですが、歯ブラシが無くて後からフロントへ取りに行ったりするのが少し面倒に感じました。シャトルバスを利用させていただきましたが、私達は５名なのではやくから並びましたが、適当にフロントで待つので、後から来た方が先に外に出られたらその方から乗られたので、もしかしたら乗りたかった方が乗れなかったりするのではと思い、やはり並んだ順に案内して欲しいと思いました。

スタッフの方が親切で良かったです。駐車場もたくさんあり困らなかったです。お風呂が広く快適でした。

喫煙所の匂いと床が汚れてたのが気になりました。紙と電気と分けても良いかと思いました。

大浴場があったり、部屋が広いこと。

禁煙ルームなのに非常にタバコ臭かったこと。同じフロアに喫煙コーナーが、あるとの記載はあったが、部屋の中まで臭うのは、おかしい。以前喫煙可能の部屋だったのではないかと疑った。喫煙こコーナーから漏れているのだとすると、工事をして、漏れないようにするべき。タバコに敏感な人は、絶対にこのタイプに泊まってはいけなきと思う。喫煙者でさえ、タバコ臭いとわかるレベル。【喫煙コーナーが同じフロアにある】の但し書きではなく、【喫煙コーナーが同じフロアにあるので、部屋もタバコ臭い】との記載にするべき。夜中も咳き込み、眠れなかった。
