Some maintenance issues required with tap and door lock.

The breakfast was too poor and boring.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I booked two rooms through Booking.com, including one room with two queen beds. When we arrived to check in, the hotel staff told us that this room type was no longer available. They demanded an additional CAD 50 to upgrade to another room type, otherwise they would cancel my reservation. They also asked me to contact Booking.com to resolve the issue. I explained that this was not my responsibility because I had already made the reservation and paid the full amount. After more than an hour of discussions and waiting, the issue was finally resolved, and the hotel ended up giving us the exact room type that we had originally booked. This made it very clear that the room was actually available and that they were simply trying to charge me extra money. I find this behavior unacceptable and highly unprofessional. This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially from a hotel with such a well-known reputation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting honest and professional service.

The room was large and it was an excellent location. The breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful considering we don’t speak French. The room was quiet, but there was no view on the inside court.

It was a great location,however,it was only a block from the homeless shelter. That said there were no problems just a little uncomfortable walking past the center.
