Las Veraneras Villas & Resort

This has a good customer service at the reception but when I was checking out I had to wait for someone to go and check the villa to be sure that I guest i didn't take anything it was uncontrollable moment like if was a criminal The shower door was really hard to close and open The villa had so many insect every were every single water or soda or food that we order i need to be signed The cleaning lady did a great job but someone how insect were able to get inside The access to the beach is very dangerous I had to pay about $180.00 for two days of food for two persons but it doesn't includes sodas o alcoholic drinks and so i had to spend and extra $110.00 on drinks so in total $290.⁰0 plus what i pay for my staying so for me it was to expensive for the low quantity of place

Property needs repairs, the door on the room was hard to close.

The room had coffee pot, but not coffee to make it.

Es muy bonito, la comida deliciosa y la playa muy bonita, los atardeceres son espectaculares.

Pero la limpieza no, las sábanas no olían bien estaban manchadas le falta mejorar en limpieza, la TV nunca sirvió al 100 se encendía y apagaba sola 😂

La suite fue muy acogedora, todo bien excepto que no tuvimos Internet ni cable, el resto todo bien. En comedor muy bien, el desayuno también, la playa en marea baja fue excelente, la vista de los barcos en el mar, igual. Volveré a ir. El precio estuvo bien.

When I turned on the shower and the sink, they smelled like dirty drains and there were hairs on my bed as if the room hadn't been cleaned properly.
