The shower door stuck...hard to open.the property is nice...food was not...good

I really enjoyed this place. The property is clean and well maintained. All staff are really helpful and respectful. Loved the staff at the restaurant. I was not impressed with the food, though! I would dare to say terrible food! Don't try the flan, please!

i didn't have a good experience at all, the resort didn't give me the wooden thing to put on the door to come clean my room and give me new towel, the phone in the room doesn't work, the reception didn't answer my calls when i called off my phone. nowhere does it have in the description that the resort is mostly for people with a car and is not really accessible for people who walk. then when i was gonna check out i was changing and the maid opens the blinds outside and looks inside without knocking and invading my privacy. the pool was dirty and not maintained throughout the day just once in the morning and night with a lot of people coming in and out. poor customer service and i will be making a video on my bad experiences at this resort. poor quality.

La estadia esta bien, la calle para entrar alos cuartos muy estrecho, y en la aerea de piscinas sierran muy temprano deverian de serrar por lomenos ala media noche

A great property that is aging gracefully- sort of. The pool area and restaurant Is nice with good food and drinks. Bed is mostly comfortable, but to each their own.

Relaxing stay

The water in the shower and sinks smelled too bad And we ordered some seafood soup and the lobster was black and another dish that had lobster were also black we told the managers but they didn't give us importance
