I had a great stay at the Tru by Hilton this past weekend! My friends and I absolutely loved the free breakfast and thought the options were awesome. The front desk was super helpful with room keys and information about stuff to do around Troy. Everyone was super nice we will definitely be coming back!

"Finally Managers that can help!!!"

Very friendly and comfortable! Great energy great communication. Doll helped me with my stay ! The breakfast is tasty, they work very promptly to helping you with all your needs and offer free waters at the counter .. very thoughtful and I would stay again

"AMAZING Stay!"

What a hotel! I’m not one to usually leave reviews but this experience was so great I had to leave a few comments. To start, smoothest check in I’ve ever experienced, greeted with warm smiles and glimmering demeanor, I was delighted to chat with the front desk attendant for a bit. I believe his name was Kam or Cam, but he did an excellent job of letting me and my family know of all the amenities. Next was our room, I am a neat freak so it was very nice to walk into a room that I can tell was thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast in the morning was better than I expected, and it had something for all of us. We stayed a few days so we got to speak to a couple different front desk attendants and even the managers chatted with me a bit (I love to talk LOL!) and they were all great. Very big thank you to Dana who asked me all about my family and I’s trip, and making sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be back in the near future! Thank you Tru!

"Best hotel in Troy!"

This hotel is one of the best in the area! Upon arrival I was greeted by the GM, Dana. She was very welcoming and friendly. The room I stayed in was very clean and pristine. Me and my friends enjoyed the amenities they had like the pool. It was very clean and provided us with things we needed such as towels. Great stay, I would definitely recommend!
