I expected a nice room being that it's a Expedia room but the room looks dingy and old. Stunk,and the bathroom door would not shut and the front panel was nailed on. The curtains were hanging off and on with staples. The paint and wood in bathroom is peeling away and they have roaches. Also they don't offer ice or condiments for coffee. We were very unhappy.
Bad area
Rooms were in need of repair. First room was unsafe and changed rooms. The second room had a health hazard and one of the two beds sheets were not clean either. The front desk said they would fix the health hazard but it didn't happen. The hotel ownership has changed and I will not stay there again.
To long of a stay but wonderful
Not the greatest hotel but for what I was there for, it was sufficient. The had no bugs in my room and the shower head was real nice and the water was hot, which is always good. I believe they need to have their phones looked at as well as follow up on their cleaning crew - need to get behind places and wipe and vacuum. Hotel staff were amazing and the breakfast was pretty good as well.
Property was clean
A lot of activities go on at this hotel but you get what you pay for. Random strangers knocking at the door and to top it off someone tried to break into our room while we were in there. The guy responded oh i didnt know this room was occupied. Then come to find out its the night manager at the check out desk. I enjoyed Camden but i will never go to this hotel again. We checked out a day early because of the BS

Smoke alarm torn out of room, mold in bathroom, no coffee, old coffee maker. Disgusting
