I booked the hotel through Expedia and was sent an itinerary with a confirmation number of 28701796 and Expedia Itinerary number for 72980073499451 for a total bill of $66.62. However, Colony Inn charged me $78.39. The attendant and manager said that they were not aware of any agreement with Expedia. They had my reservation which was booked through Expedia and should have been aware of the price that was offered but still charged me a higher price. This appears to be a breakdown in communication and false advertisement. I would not book at Colony Inn again. I would like my $11.77 refund. Quick easy flawless check in with a very pleasant gentleman behind the counter. Rooms are basic but clean, well lit and stocked. No frills.

Great checkin. I had requested a ground floor room, but management put me on the second floor, but the checkin lady was able to get me a ground floor room. Bed was ok, as was the shower, but HVAC was miserable, hair dryer only shut off with a coffee cup modification. Toilet sear had an illegal tear in it, see photos
This hotel is a older hotel. rooms are in ok condition but clean. had linen service each day and also supplies such as shampoo and soaps provided each day. the refrigerator and AC worked well. parking was very close to rooms with outdoor entrances to each room. This place is a great value no freels hotel.
I tried to think of something good to say about this property but came up with nothing. It is not worth the cost nor the distance it takes to drive from the Interstate to downtown. Plus, they served no breakfast!
The outside looks a bit run down but aside from the crack in the bathtub the room was very comfortable. Overall it was a good value.
