対応が親切でした。

It was nice overall but it smell like smoke…

The room was unexpectedly big, even the bathroom was much bigger than I imagined it to be. The amenities were new or nicely and recently upgraded. The room even came with its own microvawe oven that helped us tremendously to have convenient meals in the comfort of our rooms. Much appreciated. +++++

The window could not be opened (I prefer to let in some fresh air from time to time). The garbage bin could have been bigger (but it's true to all of the hotels around the world, not unique to this specific hotel). Otherwise I wasn't missing anything during our stay, it was quite comfortable.

お風呂場に鏡がなくて不便だった。浴槽の所がカビてた。部屋が寒くて温風の機械を借りた。換気の音が結構大きい。部屋のブレーカーが落ちてTV見れなくポット使えなく、部屋移動でバタバタした。

Wonderful staff who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable! The extra amenities were very well appreciated, and the room was extremely spacious.

Clean room, enough space for one person, bathroom ok clean. I really like the location, near a big mall and train station. I'll use this hotel again if i need to. Very warm shower 🚿 and comfy, i liked the amenities.

Bedroom was too small for two people, but i was alone this time so it's ok. Mattress was old but comfy enough, I slept well.

近隣に提携駐車場が有ると良いと思います。ホテルの隣のパーキングで2200円かかってしまいました。 ホテル事態は普通に綺麗です。接客も問題なしです。
