Cleanliness, property condition, amenities and area around were fine. In sharp contrast, the communication was terrible. We arrived from the ferry to the hotel in the middle of the night. The door was locked, we called the phone number listed in the manual, a man named Igor refused to provide us with the key to the door unless we came to him for the key. In the middle of the night (around 1am) we had to order a taxi and with numerous luggage go to the other end of the city to Mr. Igor to collect the key. This man was extremely rude. It was a disgrace to this hotel and to the expedia group that arranged this hotel for us.
Die Kücheneinrichtung war sehr spartanisch .es gab keine Eicherbecher ,keinen Pfannenwender. Kein Deutsches Fernsehen, Wlan funkionierte nicht vernünftig und Telefonieren war nur eingeschränkt möglich . Daher einen Tag früher nach Hause gefahren. Kommunikation war nur in Englisch möglich .Einmal und nicht wieder !

Hotel przyjemny, czysto. Położony prawie przy promenadzie i morzu. Apartament 302 bardzo ładny,telewizor miał być większy, na stole świeże kwiaty, z kuchnią wyposażoną w podstawowe urządzenia i sprzęt.Sypialnia śliczna, wygodne łóżka i przyjemna pościel. W łazience przybory do mycia i czściutkie ręczniki . Kontakt z Panem Igorem wspaniały. Jedyny duży minus to basen bo płatny 20 zł za godzinę od osoby. Kierując się wyborem hotelu ze względu na słabą pogodę wybrałam apartament z basenem. W opisie hotels.com nie było informacji że jest płatna, jak np parking. Oferta ta obejmowała dostęp do basenu, po przyjeździe okazało że mamy płacić i się zapisać. Bardzo dużo osób jest rozczarowanych. Poczuliśmy się jak trutnie. Pani w recepcji odpowiedziała, że trzeba było u nich kupić. Jeżeli chcemy kupić sam apartament bez basenu to bardzo dobry wybór. Już drugi raz w hotels.com. na to się nabrałam. Lepiej zadzwonić lub napisać czy basen jest w darmowy .
