Please note that there is no reception and the contactless with our app. We have a 14 days cancelation period. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time. Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Final cleaning is included for all stays. If you book an apartment for one more person than fixed beds, a fold out extra bed will be added. The rate is included in the total for guests over 6 years.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Impossible de dormir avant 3-4 heures du matin et accès au logement aléatoire."

L'emplacement est très central, l'équipement est correct.

- Le check-in a été épouvantable. Le système d'accès à l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas dû a un problème technique. Je n'ai pu accéder que tard dans la nuit. Plusieurs occupants des chambres étaient bloqués dehors, avec leurs biens à l'intérieur de leurs chambres. Certains sont allés dormir ailleurs, mais je n'avais pas cette possibilité. Ceci a généré beaucoup de stress chez les clients. - L'appartement est situé à coté d'une boite de nuit. Le son est terrible, les murs vibrent. Il est impossible de dormir avant 3-4 heures du matin, en particulier le week-end. - Il est compliqué de loger ici si l'on souhaite dormir.

Location, space

Confusing check-in. Booking address is different than the one I got in their app. You need an app to check-in and open the doors, no human to speak to face to face. Their digital till didn't work for my check-in.

Lokasjonen

At adressen var feil, brukte 1 time for å finne rett leilighetskompleks. Ekstremt dårlig. Ville ha meg til Bygdøy alle men den jeg hadde var i Frognerveien. Lås til badet funket ikke. Jeg ble låst inne på badet. Var innesperret 20 min før jeg klarte å lirke den opp. Skandale. Bør få pengene igjen.
