Beautiful and clean property with attentive and well trained staff. Would give 5 out of 5 stars but the hotel restaurant was not able to accommodate my spouse and I for our anniversary dinner. I also asked for a cake to celebrate and was told it was not possible. Typically properties at this price point don’t say no to guest requests. Otherwise an amazing spot to stay.

I’ve spent almost two weeks at El Cielo and I can’t stop raving about how lovely it is. This is the ONLY five star hotel in Medellin that also includes a Michelin star restaurant. This will always be my home base while Medellin.
