This hotel robbed us!!!!!! Do not go here is not safe!! Hotel is beautiful bur staff doesn’t care about your safety. The waited until the last day of our reservation and waiting for us to go outside and stole from our safe!! When we came back our door was open and our safe was open as well! We had a pin and they had to reset it so they could steal from us! Also we were missing the key we put on the air conditioner so the room stays on! When we went to the lobby and asked for her they couldn’t help us! We asked for the cameras and they did not showed it to us until the next day! Cameras looked edited and they made us look like liars!! Also we were told our safe had no battery and thats why it openened. It was too much “coincidence at once” this is very sad and we were super disappointed because we loved this place and restaurant is amazing! But sucks you can not feel safe. We had to get another hotel next day because we couldn’t sleep thinking someone had the other key and we got stolen from the place you are supposed to be “safe”. If your safety matters please don’t chose this place!!

My husband and I stayed at El Cielo for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room was great; very comfortable, clean and stylish. The staff was really great and attentive from checkin thru checkout. Really enjoyed the breakfast with great selection included in our booking. We also dined at the El Cielo restaurant located right in the hotel which we reserved a month advance, one of the best restaurants in Medellin for a great dining experience. Hotel is walking distance to many restaurants nearby. We had a great stay and would stay here again!
