The location was very convenient and close to V&A Waterfront

The size of the room could've been better as it felt quite cramped and the only difference between the standard room and the executive room was a balcony and the rooms were exactly the same.

Quando cheguei, apesar de ter reservado há muito e de estar tudo pago, disseram-me que não tinham quarto e que teriam de me colocar num outro hotel para onde teria de me deslocar sozinha.Inaceitável. Obviamente que não aceitei. Colocaram-me num quarto situado sob o ginásio, pelo que acordava com o barulho das passadeiras.

I arrived at the hotel only to be told that they had moved me to another hotel owing to the staff rather accommodating other guests who wanted to extend their stay .

I had a wonderful stay this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff even offered me a glass of champagne upon my arrival.

Brilliant service... Such warm and kind staff. Room facilities perfect. I highly recommend ANEW Greenpoint. The pool deck view is spectacular!!
