"Snow Bound"

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable. Room bigger than you would normally get at a hotel/motel. Black out blinds on window.

Got the impression they were short staffed. Our room lamp was shorting out. Front desk offered to replace it but didn't. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain and sink plug missing. We did not have enough towels for number of people in the room (both nights), we were not the only ones. You could however go to front desk to get more.

I love the quiet room! The staff was was excellent!

I don't much care for the continental breakfast. I would prefer having a variety of different kinds of hot foods for breakfast instead.
