The hotel is in a convenient location.

On arrival there was a very strong, unpleasant odour throughout the building. We reported this and were offered another room, but moving rooms within the property would not have resolved the issue because the smell affected the whole building. The owner later acknowledged there was a smell coming from a drain in the kitchen. We were then offered a studio apartment in a separate building. However, when we entered, we found the door unlocked and the bedding appeared to have already been used. The door also did not lock properly, so we did not feel the accommodation was secure or suitable for sleeping. We were told a full refund would be issued; however, this was later withdrawn. The situation and the way it was handled caused a great deal of stress and disappointment, and the responses we received to our complaint were rude and sarcastic.

The kitchen was well stocked and you could help yourself to whatever was there, there was lots there.
