Easy booking and this not a spam. The view to the lake is great The easy access from the highway 3 try and got the code right with which key you have to do after the number which is not mentionned (like everyone have the same at home ) Communication with honour was quick and really polite

was there for one night last minute idea - nothing to open a wine bottle ( I mean this is pretty basic to have a wine opener on the place 5$) - one log of fireplace which didnt even work - no instruction on site to say if trap is open or not -Air conditionning to warm up the place.. right over the bed to blow right in your face (was the only way to warm up the place - Arrive a little bit to late to be able to use the tub, can't event use just with water witout the jet to prevent the noise - I live in Montreal and heard more noise in the morning from the car passing front of the place , this is nice beside a lake but this is the main street and you will hear every single car like they was in the room with you. Time have never been set as time change the week before on the oven was flasing all nigh. I wake up to set it up in the middle of the night as i was tire to get all the reflection of the clock diming on the wall right beside the bed :) - the place look like nobody pass by for a while and feel like who care about people who coming in 3 days for one night, was cold when we get in - Wifi didn't work This is the perfect exemple of Pay, get in get out ! we want your money Little thing cool have been done to give a better value to the stay, but this is a no effort style ( we buy building we rent , we clean we rent and we don't have a clue of what is going on between 2 stay. I would have take the time to tell the owner without to write here if they had took 5 min to send an email or call to ask question. I wait a week before to fill up this form. So thats is how much they care about improving the future stay :) Good luck, getting is important, getting better for the next one allow you to book more often.

Cozy feel, great view

Noise of the road and other guests. We had people on the studio above and you can hear footsteps, shower, toilet flush, etc…

The location, was great, and the loft was clean and quiet. Everything was as described.

Do not go to the property without an access code for the door. I had an approved check-in at 3pm. After 3 urgent calls and messages I received the code at 4:30pm waiting outside in the cold. You will not receive the code 1 day before and the urgent phone nr doesn't work.

Access code not provided as promised in the pre-arrival information (which variously stated it would be sent one day or one hour in advance of the arrival time). After contacting host via phone (voicemail) and Booking.com messaging a code was quickly sent by SMS.
