Staff are friendly and quick to help, pool’s spotless too. The sunset here is unreal, super chill vibes. Perfect spot if you want a relaxed, no-rush Lombok getaway.

We fully enjoyed our stay at Amber, even above expectations. Unique location directly at sea (private beach). Amenities were great, not too crowded. The staff went the extra mile for us at any given moment. Big thanks to Gian, Ziah, Karim, Edy and Imam - and many others. Very personable, we felt very welcome and at ease. Perfect getaway for a relaxing holiday to recharge and enjoy Lombok.

Our stay at Amber Lombok was exceptional from the start with a professional and seamless check-in. We loved the total privacy of our villa; the plunge pool was perfect for slow, relaxing mornings. The Bayside Restaurant is a standout—dining with our toes in the sand was lovely, and the freshness of the food is top-tier. The tuna tartare with avocado and the papaya salad with king prawns and mango were both excellent. It’s also a great base for surfers, with nearby beaches within easy reach by a quick drive or scooter. The ultimate spot for a quiet getaway!

Unser Safe funktionierte nicht. Der Duschkopf ist abgebrochen. Die zu mietenden Roller waren nicht aufgetankt, schlechte Bremsen und nur zu grosse Helme verfügbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, für uns zu aufdringlich. Im Restaurant fehlt es an Organisation. Die Kellner/innen haben keine Ahnung was sie servieren und für welchen Tisch die Sachen sind. Es werden sehr viele Fehler gemacht. Wir fanden es ziemlich anstrengend und nicht wirklich gemütlich und ruhig im Restaurant.

Direkter Strandzugang zum Meer inkl. eines Infinity Pools. Die Massagen vor Ort exzellent!

Our stay at Amber Lombok was everything that we wished for and even more. This resort is a little piece of paradise on earth in every aspect. First, the environment of the hotel: the beach is absolutely stunning and almost completely private. If you don’t like crowds and want to feel like you are on your own little piece of paradise, then this is the hotel for you. There is also a pool which is very well kept and convenient if you like it. What we appreciated is that the hotel is very correctly sized, you really feel at ease none of that big resort feeling where you need to fight for a sun bed. Second, the service is simply exceptional. Every single member of the team is incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about making your stay special. We had a very small issue during our stay, and the staff immediately went above and beyond to resolve it. Their dedication and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. Third, everything is extremely fairly priced. The food and drinks are all delicious, with great attention paid to the quality of the products. A special mention to the fish bbq night when we had amazing grilled fish for again and very fair price and some very fresh products. Finally breakfast is exceptional, lots of fresh products, lots of variety, great coffee, excellent service, and what a treat to be able to have your morning coffee right by the beach. Amber Lombok delivers an exceptional experience from start to finish. If you are considering booking this hotel, don’t hesitate, there is no way to have a bad time here. Měli jsme nádherný pobyt. Hotel byl krásný a čistý, služby perfektní. Jídlo v restauraci bylo výborné a pláž krásná a čistá. Velké poděkování patří zejména personálu na recepci – Imam, Ardani, Karim, Ardi.
