The first room that I initially booked

I was removed from the room that I had initially booked on the second day of my stay without reporting our toilet has flooded someone was there to fix it how they knew 🤔we don't know. Next thing we were being moved to another room which was smaller I requested them to move the couches from our first room immediately when we move in but it was never moved, when I asked they say the room has been booked already I asked how cause you said it needs o be fixed. Anyway the following day there was no room service to my room I got back to hotel late and the room was dirty I had to request room service twice since no one was attending to it. So I did not have a good experience with them I'm sorry

Prima personeel , heel vriebdelijk en gedienstig als ze u kunnen helpen doen ze dat altijd met een lach!! Prima kok!! Kamer te klein en bijna geen kasten om je kledij weg te leggen! Prima badkamer!! Bed te hard voor de rest prima

Te kleine kamer en te weinig berging voor je kledij op te bergen .

Very central location. Super friendly staff. We had a spacious suite with sitting area and dining area. There was a washing machine so we could get some laundry done.

Pool area was a bit disappointing - the music was a bit too loud and lively for our taste.
