Amazing stay, clean and friendly staff! Well thought out and gorgeous views!

The room itself was amazing! Beautiful and high end. The bonus of the barrel sauna across from our room was lovely. The big disappointment was the deplorable condition of the hot tub. It is cracked and broken, none of the jets work and was only warm. The hot tub did not meet my expectations at all. It needs to be replaced ASAP.

The deluxe tree room was ok, but the service and the rest of the facilities were both average at best. It’s located in a caravan park and surrounded by camper vans and hostel like rooms, but I would say the price of the room is not at all on par with the service you get. I also didn’t find the staff friendly and the kitchen in the room is really a kitchen by name only. It doesn’t even have a stove top and you can barely wash a glass in the sink.

Super fun to stay in a luxury treehouse in a rain forest. Great spot!

Loved the Rainforest Deluxe! Actually wish that we had more time there! We only had 2 nights, but it was great! The hotel has such a great location and you can walk to everything. The restaurant on site is surprisingly good, usually hotel food is just okay, but this was really really great food! We stayed in the 2 bedroom with hot tub, and loved having the hot tub to relax in at night after hiking! Super clean and amazing layout! I'd comment on the views, but Franz Josef didn't like us while we were there and rained the whole time! HA! I'm sure the views are great! Also- the heated floors in the bathrooms are AMAZING!!! Loved it here! Would definitely recommend and stay again!!!

The "welcome" at check-in was not great - to say the least. The first impression of a hotel is always at the front desk and this person was definitely in the wrong job!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we had time to book another night. The room was comfortable and gave the impression of being secluded. The service were polite and professional. Certainly would stay here again.

The Trehouse is a very attractive type of accommodation

This resort is mostly a backpacker and with some deluxe rooms. The room was nice however the fridge is only a chill fridge and no freezer so when travelling and a kitchenette is advertised one expects a decent fridge. The rooms are not serviced until about 4-5 pm which is too late and the first service was very poor. Rubbish was left, no new milk and bed not made The amenities list a spa except that it is always full of backpackers and is a loud and unpleasant environment. Would not recommend as a deluxe accommodation For $600 per night and advertised as luxurious this property is very overpriced.
