What a beautiful little hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and a great size too. The public bathing area was a lovely experience. Location was great, service was fabulous. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing to complain about. It was a lovely hotel. We enjoyed our time here - only complaint - we should have stayed a couple more night to really explore Kanazawa. It's a lovely place to visit.

The hotel was very clean and tidy with plenty of added extras including slippers, dressing gowns and kimonos. The in-room services were very good and the beds were extremely comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing that I didn't like about the hotel.

スタッフさんは良かったです。朝食も美味しかったです。

お風呂場の異臭と、変更していただいた部屋もゴミが落ちていたり、鏡が指紋だらけで気持ち悪くて使えなかったです。スタッフさんの印象が良いだけに、残念でした。
