The building has extremely slow elevators and constant waiting lines. It took about half an hour to get out or back to condo.

RUwe were in Manila for the first time and the location appeared to be awesome. the place was clean and tidy, Wi-Fi works fine, instructions from the host were simple and clear. sometimes you have to wait for an elevator. but that was not a problem for us. you can find basic gym and pool on the 6th floor. everyone was nice and polite.
water heater didn’t work but we were given a phone number of maintenance guy who could manage the issue. we never did, we’re always busy. also wasn’t an issue for us

UAGreat place. Small, but fine for a single person or couple. Quiet – no hallway or neighbor noise. Good aircon and WIFI. Good kitchenette with stovetop, boiler, fridge, microwave, utensils, dishes, etc. Good table/chairs/workstation. Good bathroom with hot water heater for the shower. The building has a nice lobby, lots of security and speedy elevators. Staff all around is nice and accommodating. Nice pool and gym on the 6th floor. The gym costs 100 pesos per visit but is worth it. (500 pesos for a one-month membership). A very affordable full-service laundry is on level P2. There’s a 7-11 and a handful of good restaurants just outside the lobby. A short walk (under 10 minutes) to Greenbelt. The team that manages this property is solid – swift response times and informative. Check-in was easy, as was collecting my deposit in the early morning at the end of my stay. Hotel staff hailed me a taxi to the airport - with no price gouging.
The mattress should have been better/firmer. The room safe should have had instructions.
PHLocated conveniently to places where I needed to go. Receptionist and guards during check-in assisted me when the host/helper couldn't be reached for the room key.
Just a minor one: always had a difficulty inserting the key to the keyhole. I hope the owner/host addresses that as it can be a bit inconvenient.
